Order Processing & Item Location
We process orders from Monday to Friday. All orders are processed within 5-10 business days and shipped the following day. Our manufacturing facility is located in China, and all packages will be shipped directly from our factory to your destination.

*Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Due to the nature of our products, items may arrive in multiple packages.*
**Shipping Options & Delivery Times**
You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout:
* **Standard Shipping (Free):** Door-to-door service using ocean freight combined with local UPS delivery. Typically arrives within **25-35 business days**. No additional shipping fees apply to supported destinations.
* **Fast Shipping (Express):** Shipped via DHL, typically arriving within **12-18 business days**. Please note that oversized items are not eligible for Fast Shipping. Express shipping costs do not include customs duties and are calculated based on order value:

**Special Shipping Categories**
* **Custom Light Fixtures:** Require an additional 12 business days for processing. Total delivery time can take up to 35-40 business days.
* **Oversized Items (Selected Lighting):** Can take up to 40 business days to deliver. You will receive tracking info within 4 weeks of ordering. The local freight carrier will contact you to arrange final delivery.
* **Out of Stock Items:** If an item is oversold, we will email you immediately. You can choose to proceed with the delayed timeline or cancel. Your card is not charged until the item ships.
**Taxes, Duties & Customs**
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local postal regulations for restricted items; we are not liable for packages rejected by customs.
**Order Tracking**
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (Ocean Freight), tracking updates may remain invisible for 18-20 days while in transit and will activate once the package reaches your local area. Delivery is usually handled by your local post office or courier. If you are not home, a notice card will be left. **Order Cancellation**
* **Regular Items:** Cannot be canceled once the shipping process has begun.
* **Customized Items:** Cannot be canceled once fabrication has started. Please contact us immediately to confirm the order status before requesting a cancellation.
**Return Eligibility**
Our return policy lasts **30 days** from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
* Products that have been assembled or installed.
* Products or packages damaged without proof from local logistics.
* Products missing their original packaging.
* Customized items.
* Sale/discounted items (only regular-priced items are refundable).
**Partial Refunds (Granted at our discretion):**
* Products that have been opened.
* Items not in original condition, dama
ged, or missing parts not due to our error.
* Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
**Refund Process**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed manually via PayPal within a few business days.

**Exchanges**

**Return Shipping Instructions**

* You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
* When mailing via Post Service, declare the product value at less than $50 USD. We will not bear any tax fees; any incurred taxes will be deducted from your refund.
* For items over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
